3.3 : Behavior change process:

The question raised is to know how to bring the population of a country to behavior change for a health issue .

Behavior change for a Health issue is performed through the development  of “ Health Communication  Strategic Framework” for that Health  issue.

 Example :

Health problem :  “ High prevalence  rate of HIV / AIDS in Rwanda.

How to address this problem ?

This will be done through “ Health Communication  Strategic framework for HIV / AIDS “.

The planning document will include the following points:

• Introduction:   

 Problem formulation  ( prevalence of the problem + associated  factors )

Formulation of the purpose and objectives of the strategy

Identification  of the target groups

• Development of Action plan
• Identification of implementation phases  of action plan
