This module provides knowledge of network equipment functions and router operations within Wide Area Network (WAN) environments, with a strong emphasis on routing protocols, including the configuration of static, default, and dynamic routing. It also covers network security concepts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and troubleshooting techniques in WAN infrastructures. Additionally, the module focuses on Microsoft Windows Server administration, including the installation and management of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and related services. Students will develop practical skills in managing Organizational Units (OUs), implementing delegated control, and configuring Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to support secure and efficient network administration across distributed environments.
