This course introduces theories, concepts, and principles that guide nurses, anaesthetists, physiotherapists, and other health professionals to work both independently and collaboratively within healthcare systems. It emphasizes management and leadership skill development, entrepreneurial knowledge for planning and starting health ventures, and understanding the role of health professionals as entrepreneurs in service delivery. Additionally, it equips students with knowledge and skills to achieve excellence in healthcare through standards, accreditation, infection control, risk management, and quality evaluation
