NEP6352: Renal Conditions

Renal Conditions module will encompasses almost all the pathologies of the kidney, related investigations, clinical manifestations, pathophysiological mechanisms and management.

The module will pass through and allow learner to have a deep understanding on all categories of kidney diseases as well as encouraging them to make individual learning to make a critical insight on diseases of the kidney.

The module will mainly base on:

1. Assessment of a renal patient

2. Investigations needed in renal diseases

3. Glomerular diseases

4. Diseases of the tubules and interstitial space

5. Vascular diseases of the kidney

6. Cystic diseases of the kidney

7. Urinary outflow conditions

8. Management of renal emergencies

9. Drugs used in renal conditions
