This module provides the students with an understanding, analyzing, and applying a range of contemporary management accounting practices designed to support the business strategy in turbulent environment. The strategic management accounting techniques are strategic costing, pricing, and performance related. These techniques  intend to outperform the competition through cost leadership and  product differentiation.
